Other packages even cover the vehicle if you are not the specified driver(the basic insurance packages only covers the person and vehicle combination, other than that you are liable). Ask the victim and you will always get an unsatisfied answer for this is human nature. You get some of a good thing and you want it all and be wary of fraudsters out there! But insurance companies have that covered for they do know and keep tabs of insurance fraudsters to keep them at bay.
